We want everyone to be able to use our site. That includes people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice commands, and other tools.
What we're doing
We design and build with accessibility in mind. That means:
- Text that's easy to read at different sizes
- Color contrast that works for people with low vision
- Keyboard navigation that doesn't require a mouse
- Alt text on images so screen readers can describe them
- Form labels that work with assistive technology
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. That's the standard most accessibility experts point to.
Where we fall short
We're a small team and we're not perfect. There are probably places on the site where we missed something. If you run into a barrier, we want to know.
Tell us if something doesn't work
If a page, form, or feature isn't working for you, send a note to dev@beyond-vivid.com or call 567.996.9048. Tell us:
- What page you were on
- What you were trying to do
- What got in your way
We'll get back to you within a reasonable amount of time and work on a fix.
Third-party content
Sometimes we use tools or content from other companies on our site. We do our best to choose ones that are accessible, but we can't always control how they behave.
