What we collect
When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you typed. Usually that's your name, email, phone number, and what you wrote in the message field.
When you visit the site, we also collect some basic technical stuff like what browser you're using and which pages you looked at. This helps us make the site better. We also share some of that visit information with advertising platforms (Meta and TikTok) so they can show you relevant ads later. There's more on both in our Cookies Policy.
What we do with it
We use what you give us to get back to you, send you what you asked for, and improve how the site works.
If you've hired us, we also use your information to do the work and send you invoices. Pretty standard stuff.
We don't sell your information. We never have. We never will.
Who sees it
A few trusted services help us run our business. Email tools, payment processors, the company that hosts our website. They only see what they need to see to do their job.
We also work with advertising platforms (Meta and TikTok) to find new customers. When you visit our site, those platforms may collect information about your visit so we can show you relevant ads. If you'd rather not share that information, click "Reject all" on our cookie banner.
If a court orders us to share information, we have to follow the law. We hope that never happens.
How we keep it safe
We use reasonable security to protect your information. No system on the internet is one hundred percent safe, so we won't pretend ours is. We do our best.
Your rights
You can ask us:

- To correct it
- To delete it

Kids
Our site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you're a parent and think your kid sent us something, let us know and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version with the date. Big changes get a heads up at the top of the page.
